Lack of compassion; respect and no value of human life My 2015 forte was towed into this dealership late October, because the electrical panel went died while I was driving. This dealership was so rude and My 2015 forte was towed into this dealership late October, because the electrical panel went died while I was driving. This dealership was so rude and disrespectful. They kept saying I didn’t have an appointment, though I was brought in through road ride assistance and obviously wouldn’t. Due the faulty make of Kia vehicles the car broke down only after 4 years. The “routine tests” done revealed no issues with my car. I suggested the problem might not be correlating to the computer inside the car and they rolled their eyes. They were able to provide me with a demo car only after an hour of negotiations. After having been told I didn’t have to worry about dropping off the vehicle by one manager another proceeded to threaten me, saying he would call the police, even though I never refused to have it returned. They made me out to be a criminal, even though I explained I had explained I would bring the car back after work they continued to threaten me and speak aggressively towards me. After 3 days they could not find the issue with my car and returned it to me with no paperwork or technicians work order even though I had requested it before the service department closed. More

The gentleman at the service desk was very knowledgeable. I dropped by and enquire about Niro hybrid. Thought I will give it a try. The gentleman at the service was pleasant and explained what was needed to be done with my 2012 sportage. The gentleman was very knowledgeable. Wonderful employees I started my car to go to work but it was shaking & the engine light came on. 😱 I drove very slowly to this dealership and was told that I w I started my car to go to work but it was shaking & the engine light came on. 😱 I drove very slowly to this dealership and was told that I would need to leave my car for the day. I was offered a shuttle to get me to work and also a pickup after work. Joe in Service was great to deal with and promised to call me when they knew what was wrong and he did that! I gave the go ahead and my car was repaired. The shuttle drivers were both very friendly. I previously was a long time client of 401 Dixie Kia but Mississauaga Kia has won me over! Future maintenance appointments will go to Mississauaga Kia! Many thanks to you all! 😊 More
