Incredible service I am from the US and was visiting in Canada for the day when I had a vehicle emergency while driving on the QEW. I pulled off on the next exit and c I am from the US and was visiting in Canada for the day when I had a vehicle emergency while driving on the QEW. I pulled off on the next exit and called a tow service to take my car to a Hyundai dealer. I found Mississauga Hyundai in a Google search of dealerships nearby and called ahead to explain my situation. The service rep told me they were completely booked but would do everything possible to get my car serviced. When I arrived with the tow truck driver, Lincoln took care of everything. He checked for warranty coverage and assured me my car would be serviced before the end of the day. He was cheerful and reassuring and helped ease the stress of the situation. Lincoln, Anna (the cashier) and my unnamed service technician stayed late to ensure my car was serviced and road worthy. I can't express enough how their kindness and professionalism made a difficult situation tolerable. My car drove beautifully for the 3 hour drive home. Thank you Mississauga Hyundai! More
