Due to an oversight, one of the main features initially offered in this car was not available for this model and I found it out once the car was delivered and I was on my way home. Kenny took ownership of the mistake and promptly offered solutions to fix the error; his honesty and clear explanation of the reasons for the oversight showed me how Hyundai (represented by Kenny) backs up its clients and respond to situations like this. The financial mgr Praveen ( in 2018, became a store manager in 2019, my guess because of selling more insurance) is a deceiving person. I spent more than hour in his office to end up buying the extende manager in 2019, my guess because of selling more insurance) is a deceiving person. I spent more than hour in his office to end up buying the extended warranty for 6 years ( $2000) that covers pumper to pumper as per his say. Today 4th of June 2020 i found out by service that cracked windshield is not covered and cracking by stone considered tear and ware and the cost is $ 1100 plus tax for replacement Tuscan 2017 windshield. All i got from service advisor and his manager sorry it is not covered in a rude way. Unfortunately i trusted the financial manager, and did not read the contract. And all the friendly atmosphere and faces when buying the vehicle became firm and rude from the first person met me from service till the service financial manager Lynne that advised me that I should have read the contract. People get commission from selling insurance say and do anything to buy the insurance. Don’t get friendly and comfortable in any person’s office selling you a product because the more time you spend with him the more you will find out later that you have been cheated and deceived.
