I came to the service centre to have my 2005 Elantra serviced and wound up purchasing a a 2013 Elantra instead! Mecca in your used car office understood my financial and other restraints and with patience and a very pleasant attitude helped me decide on the 2013 Elantra. She was very helpful with her comments and suggestions and facilitated the trade in of my old car and the purchase of the new. She actually found a scratch on the new car that I has missed and notified me of it the next day and arranged to have it fixed before I got there a few days later to pick it up. As unfamiliar as I am with newer technologies, she actually helped me with my bluetooth and the pairing of my phone, etc. I felt comfortable dealing with her and was quite pleased when she said I could contact her if I had any issues she could address. Thank you, Mecca. I have been bringing my car to Mississauga Hyundai for servicing and will continue to do so! Might stop by to say hello if you are in and available. More

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND DON'T BUY 2020 HYUNDAI ELANTRA VEHICLE BECAUSE IT'S GONNA KILL YOU!!! I WOULD HAVE GIVEN A 0 STAR OR IF POSSIBLE A NEGATIVE 1 MILLION STAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP AND CAR MAN ELANTRA VEHICLE BECAUSE IT'S GONNA KILL YOU!!! I WOULD HAVE GIVEN A 0 STAR OR IF POSSIBLE A NEGATIVE 1 MILLION STAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP AND CAR MANUFACTURER. THIS DEALERSHIP ONLY CARES ABOUT MAKING PROFIT. ONCE THEY MADE THE SALE - THEY WILL FORGET AND STOP CARING ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I HAD AN ACCIDENT ON SEPTEMBER 27. I WAS JUST MOVING MY CAR IN THE DRIVEWAY WHEN IT SUDDENLY ACCELERATED FOR NO REASON. I PRESSED ON THE BRAKE TOO HARD BUT INSTEAD OF IT DECELERATING, IT ACCELERATED EVEN FURTHER. TAKE NOTE, THERE WERE NO SKID MARKS ON THE ROAD SHOWING THE BRAKE DIDN'T WORK AS THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF FRICTION BETWEEN THE ROAD AND THE TIRES. PEOPLE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD KNEW I AM A VERY CAREFUL DRIVER AND THEY KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG WHEN THEY SAW THE CAR MOVED RAPIDLY OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY. THE SPEED WAS AROUND 100 KM/HR AND THERE WERE WITNESSES THAT COULD TESTIFY TO THE INCIDENT. I HIT THE FENCE ON THE DEAD END OF THE ROAD AND THE CAR FLIPPED. IT ALMOST KILLED ME AND MY BABY AS I WAS 16 WEEKS PREGNANT AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT. GOOD THING THERE WAS A MAN WALKING WITH HIS DOG AND HE HELPED ME GET OUT OF THE CAR. I PHONED HYUNDAI MISSISSAUGA TO TELL THEM ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED AND THEY JUST IGNORED ME. I DECIDED TO CALL THE HEAD OFFICE AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO EVERYTHING TO HELP. I REQUESTED THEM TO DO A DIAGNOSTIC TEST ON THE VEHICLE TO SEE WHAT WENT WRONG AS THIS WOULD GREATLY IMPACT MY INSURANCE. 1 MONTH PASSED AND I GOT THE SAME ANSWER FROM THE HEAD OFFICE - THEY SAID THEY WERE STILL COORDINATING WITH MY INSURANCE TO HAVE THE VEHICLE CHECKED FOR MECHANICAL ERRORS. LIKE HOW LONG DOES IT NEED THEM TO HAVE THE VEHICLE TRANSPORTED TO THEIR YARD AND RUN A DIAGNOSTIC TEST? I DO UNDERSTAND DIAGNOSTIC TEST WOULD TAKE TIME BUT HAVING THE CAR TOWED TO THEIR YARD - PROBABLY LESS THAN A DAY!!! I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AGAIN AND I LEFT A MESSAGE TO THE SALES MANAGER. HE SAID HE WOULD DO WHAT HE COULD TO HELP. HE PROBABLY SENT AN EMAIL TO THE TOP MANAGEMENT AND THE SALES DIRECTOR CALLED ME AND PROMISED TO HELP ME. THEY SOLD ME SO MUCH WARRANTY AND INSURANCE WHEN I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE AND THEY WOULDN'T EVEN HELP ME PUSH THE HEAD OFFICE TO RUN THE DIAGNOSTIC TEST FOR THE CAR. IT'S NOT FAIR THAT I'M SUFFERING FROM ALL THE CONSEQUENCES OF DRIVING A CRAPPY CAR. THAT'S NOT THE ONLY THING THAT UPSETS ME. WHEN I CALLED THE BANK TO ASK FOR MY INTEREST RATE THEY TOLD ME IT'S 0% BUT THE FINANCIAL MANAGER WHO WAS IN CHARGE LAST SEPTEMBER 2019 TOLD ME THAT THE BANK IS CHARGING ME OVER 5% OF INTEREST WHICH IS WHY MY MONTHLY PAYMENT IS HIGHER THAN WHAT WE INITIALLY AGREED ON. IT TURNED OUT THEY TRIED TO SELL ME ALL THE EXTRAS TO MAKE PROFIT!!! WHAT AN xxxxxxx!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BECAUSE THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE ARE A BUNCH OF xxxxxxxx. I ALMOST DIED IN THAT ACCIDENT AND THE LEAST THEY COULD DO IS TO OFFER A LITTLE BIT OF HELP TO GET THE VEHICLE CHECKED FOR MECHANICAL ERRORS AND NOTHING!!! BETTER PAY MORE WITH ANOTHER CAR MANUFACTURER. AT LEAST YOU KNOW THEY ARE DOING AN EXCELLENT JOB ENSURING SAFETY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. NEVER EVER BUY A HYUNDAI ELANTRA OR NEVER BUY HYUNDAI AT ALL. IT'S THE WORST MISTAKE YOU COULD EVER MAKE IN YOUR LIFE!!! More
