I had a horrible experience trying to purchase a Santa Cruz 2022. Incorrect vehicle ordered, no admission of wrongdoing. I tried to resolve with my salesperson (Hardee’s), the sales manager Kenny and even Cruz 2022. Incorrect vehicle ordered, no admission of wrongdoing. I tried to resolve with my salesperson (Hardee’s), the sales manager Kenny and even with the GM and owner. No resolution. I finally received my deposit back after 7 months of delays. I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership if they paid me to. Incompetent and zero accountability of sales team by management and Hyundai Canada. A disgrace! More

I have been bringing both of my Hyundais in for service at this dealership for almost 2 years now. At first everything was great but lately the service has gone downhill. Lately we have had to endure exces at this dealership for almost 2 years now. At first everything was great but lately the service has gone downhill. Lately we have had to endure excessively long wait times for simple routine services (oil changes, winter tire swaps). The only time the service department ever reached out to keep us updated on the work was a recent trip when they called to say that our car, which had a 1 pm appointment, would not be ready before the dealership closed - this was 5 hours later, for a job that should have taken no more than 30 minutes. Despite these long waits we were never once offered an apology or a courtesy shuttle to take us home. I will be going somewhere else in the future. More
