I had purchased a Tucson Hyinday 2019 in Oct. 2019 on financing. I was offered or convinced by the Finance Manager of the dealer that I should buy a Market Value protection plan also which will c 2019 on financing. I was offered or convinced by the Finance Manager of the dealer that I should buy a Market Value protection plan also which will cover the full market value of the car in case any accident or theft happened and the car is treated as a total loss. The dealer will pay the difference between the insurance proceeds and the market value of the car so that you will get the full market value of the car in case anything goes wrong. Believing the Finance Manager, I purchased the plan. Now after three years, on advice from my insurance agent, when I sought clarification from the F.Manager on this purchased market plan for which I had paid a good amount of insurance, he completely changed the statement and gave a different statement. he said: no only the balance of the financing loan is covered not the full market value. It is clear cheating on part of the dealer that cheats on the customer at the time of sale by false sweat promises to the customer. Overall I am not happy with the dealing and after-sale services of this dealer. More
