Recently I bought another used car from honda and Ratna Vaithilingam was very helpful and accomodating. Ratna is a reliable and modest salesperson because he didn' t take advantage of just selling a car and ripped you off but he considers the budget and at the same time make sure that when you walk out of the dealership, you're happy with the car you bought. Federico blew my mind with his service - he was able to take a stressed client (me) (from reasons not pertaining to Honda whatsoever) and bring me right back down, all while still closing his sale. I just purchased a pre-owned 2010 Honda CR-V and had the pleasure of dealing with Frederico Lucius. Overall, it was a very good experience. Frederico spent a solid two hours on a busy Saturday during the Easter holiday weekend explaining everything, listening to my concerns and questions, and took my on a couple test drives. In the end, I decided to make an offer on one of the vehicles. This, after shopping around at two other dealerships the previous weekend. We went back and forth a couple times and my only negative comment is that I wish Frederico's manager had come down in price a little more than the $300 they did. However, with the extra incentives (i.e. free oil changes for life, free car washes for life, etc.), felt the deal was fair in the end. I look forward to servicing my vehicle here as it seems like a dealership that cares about retaining its customers as opposed to making quick and easy sales.
