I recently purchased a Toyota Rav4 XLE Hybrid from them, even though I had a Toyota dealer much closer to my residence. I traveled 150 kms to buy from Milton Toyota due to their reputation. At the outset, the experience seemed promising, but unfortunately, it quickly turned into a series of disappointments. The initial delivery of the car did not include the agreed -upon upgrades, and I was not even informed about the lack of these upgrades. It took two months for them to perform a partial upgrade, leaving me with an incomplete vehicle. Worse yet, despite repeated attempts to reach out and inquire about the remaining upgrades, I have been met with silence. My calls have gone unanswered, and it's disheartening to feel ignored after investing my time and money into a purchase from this dealership. As a loyal Toyota customer, I expected better communication, professionalism and customer service. It's frustrating to see a dealership that I had high hopes for fall so short of meeting those expectations. I hope that my experience can serve as a cautionary tale for others who are considering Milton Toyota for their automotive needs. I would like to thank Milton Toyota for the amazing 18. 5years we owned our Toyota Sienna van. We purchased it brand new from them and drove it for the 18.5 years and accumulated over 679000KM. It has now c 5years we owned our Toyota Sienna van. We purchased it brand new from them and drove it for the 18.5 years and accumulated over 679000KM. It has now come to the end of its life as we move to a third Toyota product in our family. Our other Toyota is a Camry we also purchased from Milton Toyota brand new and it has 350K+ on it. Milton Toyota is the WORST dealership. I went in to take over a lease, they wanted to buy it, but they offered the seller a lower offer than mine and the seller decided to go with my offer I went in to take over a lease, they wanted to buy it, but they offered the seller a lower offer than mine and the seller decided to go with my offer. They played a sneaky game to get my lease takeover application declined as they were interested. After 2 weeks of wasted time, I found out they submitted the wrong application for me and I was declined. Seller had no other option but to sell his car to Milton Toyota. What a shame! Will never have business with them ever again More

I spent money for a reliable, popular Highlander vehicle, but I am running to fix the problem now. When I came to the dealer, they didn't even want to check or diagnose it, giving me an appointment in 2 weeks since they told me that they are very busy for the entire season. Before the purchase and after purchase, the service is totally opposite. I am very disappointed that they did not want to take a look to diagnose my new vehicle, which is only three weeks old from the time I purchased from them. More
