I brought my car in for service at Milton Nissan and was quoted $7,500 for a laundry list of repairs. When I said it wasn't worth it, they offered me $500 for it as scrape. I was at Milton Nissan today for a service appointment. This dealership has a very unwelcoming and unfriendly environment, it’s always been this way. The lady at the service desk excluded. Ashley acknowledged me and was able to fix some issues e.g. after the service the message “service needed” was still on the screen and the sticker with next service schedule was incorrect, you would think that they would at least pay attention to this. I have leased vehicles from Milton Nissan for over 16 years and will not be taking my business to them. They do not value their “some of there customers “. This is unfortunate since Wayne McGinnis was an excellent sales person and that’s why we kept coming back to him, sorry Wayne, never again. The lady who does the financing is equally unprofessional. Milton Nissan in my opinion is a complete waste of time ,salesman Tommy Hoogaar doesn’t have clue how to sell a quality used car . The tire pressure warning came on as soon as I left the dealership, Staff is brusque and dismissive; do not want to spend more time than what they think is necessary to deal with the customer, even though the customer is not fully satisfied. Horrible dealership that employs liars Went to this dealership to get a leaking sunroof looked at (drivers side). Said it was impossible in the rudest way imaginable. After speaking with the manager about it, he said he could not do anything because his service advisor said I was yelling and swearing at him, which I did no such thing. A bunch of unprofessional excuses for humans are employed here. Stay away. Later that week I even saw someone standing across the street with a home made sign saying to stay away from the dealership. Looks like they have a pattern for disrespectful behavior towards their customers. More
