The Sales & Leasing consultant Sean Gibson was the consummate professional in his customer care capacity, walking me through the process from start to finish with the attentiveness you'd come to expect from a company helping you make a big ticket purchase. Now, My situation was unique as I had to place an order from the OEM directly (due to the Pandemic supply issues) and it took almost 6 months from the time I placed my first order in Nov, 2021, canceled it for a higher trim and then reordered in 2022, to the my eventual delivery date in Mar, 2022. The whole time, Sean Gibson was professional in my flip flopping and kept me updated on everything from the order delivery status of my vehicle(s) any time there was a change, to keeping me on point with the admin requirements for closing the deal. the whole thing felt right. At no time did I feel like I was being taking advantaged of and any misgivings had from the consumer perspective was bearable. When My car finally arrived, I was blown away by the car and the transition was seamless and flawless.
