While we were in the market for a new car, we were not expecting to purchase so quickly - in fact, we had anticipated purchasing a car in December 2014 and was only in the market to see what was out there. But the no-pressure environment and the knowledgeable and friendly sales staff impressed us so much that we ended up walking out of the dealership with our Journey two days later! Once we got the truck home, we noticed that there was a slow tire leak in one of the tires and called the dealership for assistance. They immediately offered to patch it for free and we were able to get it done within half an hour of arriving, in between the other servicings they already had booked. We had such a smooth experience with this dealership that we would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends and family! More
