Never purchase or lease any car from Mercedes Benz at all Their customer service is very bad and unprofessional. I got flat tire in one of weekend in 2016 and Mercedes Benz roadside assistant after 3 hours ke Their customer service is very bad and unprofessional. I got flat tire in one of weekend in 2016 and Mercedes Benz roadside assistant after 3 hours keeping me in HWY 401 could not find the proper towing company to help me. Therefore, I tried my connections to find some body to tow my car and I have asked the towing company to talk to Mercedes Benz Roadside assistant directly and negotiate for price then the agreed price came and Mercedes Benz Roadside assistant said that I have to pay them from my pocket and they will send me the cheque which never happened. I called them many times and they said because we passed 30 days after accident we can not pay you and I told them M-B was responsible for the payment because M-B charges roadside assistant services in monthly payments and M-B could not find any towing company and that is why I paid from my pocket!!! After 2 years, we are still fighting to get my $550.00 back. To put in a nutshell, never purchase or lease any cars from Mercedes Benz Canada at all they are always screwing you and never explain all details and their policies completely. Because they are looking for money. I am so regret to introduce a lot of customers to that location and I will ask them to get off from Mercedes Benz. More

Great service I was looking for a Mercedes and friend of mine referred me to Chris, he took me out for a test drive and answered all of my questions. Again and again every visit a nightmare Took my gls550 out of the shop and after a few hours check engine was on. Took about an hour and three hang ups to book an appointment. He was very caring towards me and my kids and accommodated our commitments and arranged a ride to take us to where we needed to be considering that I didn’t have my vehicle as it needed repairs. He did an excellent job with the repairs and he did it very efficiently. I really appreciate his effort and I know he’s always willing to help. More

I was looking at a specific model (year end model) and my Sales Advisor located one for me in another dealership. He offered all the credits and rebates available for the car, it was really an hassle free experience. When we were closing the deal, the sales manager came out to greet us. My car delivered within a week and my sales advisor followed up with me very closely and even reply my messages late at night. It was an A+ experience at MB Thornhill. Got a great deal for my first M-B. Very pleasant experience. More

Worst Car Buying Experience I bought a ML350 here. The vehicle delivery was delayed, the name plate request for customized plate was taken down at time of sale but they decided ( I bought a ML350 here. There was not a single word of apology from the dealership during this process. I chose not to buy my wife's car from here and went all the way to Mississauga. I am in Richmond hill and prefer to go to New Market to service rather than to the dealership. More

Having had a BMW and Range Rover in the past, I have a good frame of reference to compare to.
