"RUDE PEOPLE"

- Unsatisfied customer

Got my car toed there they “fixed” it and gave me a big bill and sent me on my way, the next day my car wouldn’t start got it toed back and they put parts in without ever calling me to ask gave me another big bill when I asked why they never called she just said “want me to rip the parts out” and charges me for much more service then I’m sure it took to do the job and was very hard to reach on the phone was always waiting on hold or phone just not being answered. VERY rude receptionist WILL NOT BE BACK!

Purchased a van last summer, they were extremely helpful and courteous. I will purchase my next vehicle from there. I live in the city, but it's worth the trip to Melnick's. On one occasion when I took the van in for some work they did give me a courtesy car.

Got 1st qoutes to get work done. When I went in to get work done I was given a 2nd qoutes for more work. Not impressed. Will never go back.

"Customer satisfaction"

Not too long ago I took car in for service and had to spend a couple hours in their showroom as I couldn't get a courtesy car. Never told them ahead of time that I would need one, so my bad. But then they tell me it needs more work & they need to order in the part. Ok, order part, book appointment. Oh and I'm gonna need a courtesy car when I bring it back in. At the end of the day, they refuse to set me up with a courtesy car, cause you know, you can't just give someone a courtesy car so they don't have to spend hours in the showroom. News flash, forcing me to sit in your showroom ain't gonna get me to buy a car from you. Long story short, went elsewhere and was handed the key to a 2017 Malibu to drive while mine was being repaired. I will check in a couple weeks to see if this is still here, as I put same up recently and it disappeared from here. I don't see any bad reviews here, and only two good ones. Makes me say hmmm......

Bought my Sonic sedan from Melnick's four years ago. Had a problem with a tire leak last winter and was snuck in line at once. Thanks for that Melnick's. Have dealt with Michelle several times and was always treated courteously and efficiently.

"Best dealership"

My family has been buying vehicles from this dealership my entire life. The staff is outstanding and they treat customers with respect. Booking appointments are efficient and you can usually get one within a week. The one exception is Michelle in the service department. She just doesn't have the personality to be dealing with customers. However Gord and the other staff members make up for what she lacks.
