This large dealership has lots of inventory, so there is plenty of choice. It is conveniently located near other dealerships, which helps with test drives to compare brands and models. My main complaint is that whoever has been tasked with customer service follow-up by text and email does not appear to be in contact with the sales team. I had already completed a purchase, yet this person was still sending texts asking if I had questions about pricing. Irritating and makes me wonder what other details could be missed. More

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the 2022 Honda CRV EXL which i Picked up on February 10th 2024 through Mr. Hardik Vadher. To say I was very excited when I picked up the vehicle, but my 2022 Honda CRV EXL which i Picked up on February 10th 2024 through Mr. Hardik Vadher. To say I was very excited when I picked up the vehicle, but my excitement was cut short from February 13th 2024 when the battery issue started. I was shocked, but still, came to you and explained the issue and agreed to what we discussed and again had the same issue on Feb 16th 2024 after which the battery had been changed. I had observed another issue for some time and took it to Performance Honda today for checking the same. The issue was the driver seat is wobbling when I brake during driving. Performance Honda inspected the same and said that the Frame has to be Changed which really shocked me to the core. Within this short span of time after purchasing a vehicle I am facing lot of trouble. When I asked about the inspection you said everything has been inspected. I am totally disappointed with the service as a customer. Am writing this mail with 200% disbelief on Meadowvale honda and i wouldn't recommend to any one who are looking for a car to go there. I hope I can return the car and get the money back to buy a different car from a different dealership. More
