Why take your car anywhere else. I just wanted to say what an amazing experience I had recently with Meadowvale Honda. My car broke down and I had it towed there. Today, gave them their last chance...they called me at the location I asked to be brought to (late, by the way) shuttle took forever and then got lost and had to pull a u-ee getting another customer (this with GPS in the car)..then he gets me to the dealership...car still NOT actually ready. Last time I come here. More
Worst Experience Worst customer service experience. It took them three hours to get my SUV's oil change. Unethical sales practices Went in to purchase my leased Honda Civic 2013 and was persuaded to get into a new lease for a civic 2017. I was reassured that Honda Meadowvale would take care of the old leased car I returned and put on their lot for sale. Well, they lied. They sent it back to Honda Finance who hit me with a $8,000.00 bill!!!!! I spent pretty much the summer in discussions with Honda Finance to rectify the situation. It was the worst consumer experience of my entire life! More
