I enjoyed working with Vince Huang. The only criticism was for the amount of time I spent at the dealership. This was the least painful from a glass half empty point of view. I left with the second key in error. You do not tell me to bring back the key today or your will charge me. If it was not for Vince I would have given 1 start across the board for the horrible call from Fahim. More

Very happy with the service, all my concerns were met. I was guided very nicely by a young Asian gentleman, I did not get his name, at the parts desk where I tried to check in.
