I enjoyed working with Vince Huang. The only criticism was for the amount of time I spent at the dealership. This was the least painful from a glass half empty point of view. I left with the second key in error. You do not tell me to bring back the key today or your will charge me. Very happy with the service, all my concerns were met. I was guided very nicely by a young Asian gentleman, I did not get his name, at the parts desk where I tried to check in.
