I recently had the pleasure of using this car service, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, everything was handled with exceptional care and professionalism. A special shoutout to T and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, everything was handled with exceptional care and professionalism. A special shoutout to Tayyab, who truly went above and beyond. His professionalism stood out immediately—punctual, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made sure every detail was taken care of and communicated clearly throughout the process. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction, and Tayyab absolutely delivered. More

The central issue—my vehicle’s persistent failure to properly accelerate when the accelerator is engaged—remains unresolved despite repeated assurances and interventions. Your service department recently recommended, a transmission oil change, which I performed after buying the recommended Oil from the parts center. Notwithstanding the discounted rate offered, the fact remains that this expenditure has yielded no improvement to the underlying defect. My vehicle continues to struggle to gain speed, and the root cause has yet to be identified. The effect of these circumstances is twofold: (i) I have incurred unnecessary expense without remedy to the original problem, and (ii) I have lost confidence in the dealership’s diagnostic process given the repeated failure to pinpoint and address the actual cause. I hereby request, in clear terms, that the dealership undertake a proper and comprehensive diagnosis of the issue and provide a corrective solution that directly addresses the acceleration deficiency. Absent such resolution, I shall have no choice but to escalate this matter to Honda Canada and, if necessary, seek further recourse through consumer protection avenues. I trust this matter will now be dealt with promptly and satisfactorily. More
I was expecting to meet experts at the dealership, however the staff does not seem to know much about Honda cars, issues and their possible causes. The staff heavily relies on pushing a diagnosis. M however the staff does not seem to know much about Honda cars, issues and their possible causes. The staff heavily relies on pushing a diagnosis. My older Honda Civic has issues picking up speed as the engine struggles. For an expert Honda mechanic, this should be fairly easy to identify potential causes. I was not looking for anything accurate but possible causes of this behaviour. Please hire more knowledgable staff. The quality of multi-point inspection has also gone down the drain. There is little or no value to spend 3 times the money for an oil change. Will not use this dealership for anything again. Try more to focus on customer service, and sales might come in naturally. Not the other way around. More
