Love the Car - The Dealer not so much We just had a ridiculous time with our Sales person - one of the worst ever. Unprofessional, Lazy, Rude, and refused to listen to us at all and was a We just had a ridiculous time with our Sales person - one of the worst ever. Unprofessional, Lazy, Rude, and refused to listen to us at all and was argumentative at every stage until we threatened to take our business elsewhere - and we would have if the car was available elsewhere but they were the only ones in a reasonable distance whom had the Color my wife liked. He rarely returned calls or emails We had to call him multiple times - and then once when we told him we would come in the next day when my wife was ill he called 6 times in 9 minutes. He quarrelled with our insurance team needlessly - when he did actually contact them a day and a half later; and when we got there to pickup the car - the paperwork wasn't even straight ( and we were actually late - I was so upset I just started talking to a friend via text on the phone to chill out - Actually about the care we were getting) When we picked up the car he didn't know how to walk us thru it at all; and ended up leaving 2-3 minutes in saying you guys look technical I'm sure you'll figure it out. Which was the final kiss-off. It's a plug-in hybrid with a lot of technology and there is a LOT to figure out - and I didn't appreciate my wife being treated that way at all. The Mats weren't in the car. They were in the trunk, It wasn't charged; And there is detail trim that needs to be repaired as it was broken by the detail team at the dealer, and just a terrible experience save for the finance manager Aneesh whom was actually quite pleasant. My wife was happy because she was getting a brand new car and I shielded her from all this garbage - but I write this review hoping that the dealer takes it commitments to client service seriously - or closes. More
