What should have been an exciting and joyful time—the purchase of a new vehicle—has turned into a prolonged ordeal filled with frustr of a nightmare. What should have been an exciting and joyful time—the purchase of a new vehicle—has turned into a prolonged ordeal filled with frustration, disappointment, and anxiety. From the start, I encountered issues that were dismissed or inadequately addressed by the dealership. The lack of communication has been especially distressing. I’ve been left in the dark, with my concerns seemingly ignored and my trust eroded with every unreturned call and vague promise. This vehicle, which I had such high hopes for, has become a source of constant stress, made worse by the dealership’s failure to take accountability or offer a genuine resolution. I feel abandoned by a business that was eager to make a sale but unwilling to stand by their product when things went wrong. The time, energy, and peace of mind I’ve lost in trying to get this resolved is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone. I share my story not just out of frustration but in the hope that others won’t have to endure the same experience. More
