Meadowvale kept to the proper guidelines in regards to covid. I felt very comfortable dropping my vehicle off. Plus the service Advisior was very friendly Only disappointment was I was told the truck wo covid. I felt very comfortable dropping my vehicle off. I called as had not received a call 4 hours later and was told it would be another 15 mins. When I went to pickup my vehicle Wendy was with another customer fair enough. But there was two other advisors that just ignored me. Until Wendy asked one of them to do the paperwork. This is the first time doing this survey I have a negative comment. My time is precious so this time I was a little upset with my treatment. Also I will not be taking it back to meadowvale for a oil change as it cost me $100 for that. I’m on a pension and was told by a friend that is way to expensive charging $60!for labour when the actual oil Was $36 More
