Not happy, It is not just dealership but the company itself. I made the mistake of buying a new 2013 Ford Escape noting my parents have had no problems (or so they say). Currently that Escape still ha itself. I made the mistake of buying a new 2013 Ford Escape noting my parents have had no problems (or so they say). Currently that Escape still has me as the owner and 62K. Knowing what I know now - none of the packages bought with the vehicle worked out (my stupidity), i.e. lifetime undercoating; and maintenance plan. The vehicle is 2013 and I had to have the entire exhaust replaced in 2019; the rust when the other mechanic (not Ford) pointed it out, and I brought it back to the Dealership they suggested there was not rust (even though I had pictures). The I check the fine print and I was already past the warranty period for the lifetime rust protection. The Maintenance plan, I won't even go into details about - we may have used it once - but again "read the fine print". I have had one heat shield, replaced a window regulator, plus another window regulator replaced just last week and only because I had to have the door latches replaced when my back driver's side rear door did not close. This resulted in me not having a vehicle for a week + one day plus a tow to another dealership. Also when I called initially, not sure why the website still shows open to 7 pm on weekdays and on the door of the service dept. Not to worry, I am copying what I post along with other issues to Ford Head Office, as well as social media for both the Meadowvale Dealership Service and Ford Head Office. Not in my life time will I buy another Ford, and I will communicate that to anyone who asks . More
