Wonderful service I was initially introduced to the Toyota family through the service department. Based on the level of respect and understanding I received through thr I was initially introduced to the Toyota family through the service department. Based on the level of respect and understanding I received through three service department I was determined to return and purchase my first brand new vehicle as I was confident that my family security and safety would be handled with high ethics and regard. I would recommend anyone to this particular Toyota branch as this type of respect and customer service is few and far between and knowing that another loved one will be cared for as I have been will provide me with peace of mind. The loss of my old the rise of my new! Jendrick was right on cue with where I wanted to go with another vehicle purchase and eventually put me in an identical one that I lost. How lucky was that! Between Jendrick,,Lizette and Kelly I was guided through the experience of buying another Venza with personal service that I did not think existed anymore. I will buy another Toyota from them one day and I will recommend them to anyone that I meet that is shopping for a car. More

Excellent Dealership in every aspect I have dealt with this Dealership for around 10 years, first purchasing a couple of company trucks there and now, most recently - we picked up a Corol I have dealt with this Dealership for around 10 years, first purchasing a couple of company trucks there and now, most recently - we picked up a Corolla for my wife. Have had my Tundra serviced there since new in 2007. Grant, in Service - and entire crew there - have treated us like gold for any and all service needed, and have been fantastic over the years, and I don't plan on dealing anywhere else. Sales experience yesterday with Lax was on par with what I have come to appreciate and expect here- no pressure, quick dealings and it was a positive experience overall at this establishment. What happened??? Ever since the new building went up so did the service rates. The only thing that has gone down is the Trust I used to have going there. I've been a Ever since the new building went up so did the service rates. The only thing that has gone down is the Trust I used to have going there. I've been a customer since I bought my car there in 2003. I've faithfully taken my vehicle there twice a year for service since 2003 but this was the last time. When they called to tell me what work needed to be done, one of the items I recently had done a few months prior by another service place (the mechanic is Reputable and a long time friend). The Toyota mechanic said he would check again and call me back. That didn't happen. When I went to pick up my car I asked the mechanic who called me specifically about the work he recommended and If he was able to verify if the work was still required. He didn't explain anything other than saying "it's all on your form". I noticed there was no recommendation for the work he originally proposed but there were other items for work that I was aware of. Also, oddly enough, last Spring I was told by the Toyota mechanics I would need major work ($900) due to a supposed leak. My mechanic friend did a thorough look at it and said there wasn't any issue. This was not mentioned anywhere on the invoice as recommended work as it was on my last Spring invoice. They also disconnected my battery which has never been done for a maintenance assessment in all the years I've been going there. Aside from the inconvenience of having to reset clock and radio channels, I have concern over why it was even necessary. I only went to the Toyota service dealership because they were fair, honest and reputable and I was told it was better to use Toyota approved parts and service people who knew the product. I don't feel this way any longer. After 14 years I'm taking my business elsewhere. The friendly helpful staff that I knew and trusted are gone and so am I. McPhillips Toyota can find other customers to help pay for their new building. I More

Wednesday, we told mark that we are still gonna ask my father for an opinion of the rav4 and yet he insisted that we pay $500 at the front desk. So we did because he said "thats alright go go go we will refund it if ever". Thursday we went to Toyota Frontier and got the best deal we have had ever. So we immediately called mark and the finance advisor that we need our $500 back because we are not gonna get the rav4 from them. Our calls ended in voicemails so we just left them messages. Friday my husband called mark and told him we want our $500. He made lots of calls that day with lots of different people whom he talked to just to get our money back. Finally i could not take it anymore i called toyota mcphillips amd asked for the General manager. Darrell cornwall told me that the only reason we need to go back there is because the card we used is needed to be put into the machine so the money can be credited back. I was schocked because it was that simple and yet all the other people there talked rubbish to my husband why we needed to go back there. I asked darrell that in that case can we go during the weekend? He said yes. Saturday my husband decided to go to toyota mcphillips. And as expected, they do not want to give our money back. They were trying to win us back. They were saying that we signed papers already where in fact we did not sign any deed of sale at all; they have no documents to even show our signature! The sales manager Paul was so rude, so unethical, that i gues he must have thought we are stupid because he gave us the paper that says worksheet and said that it is a document. Haha!!! On monday we will be back there. I hope it will be just pushing the visa in and get our money back. No more conversations with them. ((This is going to be longer but I need to cut my story short)) Toyota mcphillips. Bad customer service. Liars. Scammers. Love toyota frontier people and the ambience there! Way different from the other. More
