Sold a car to a person with dementia. Toyota Mcphillips was warned the day before that my dad has early stages dementia. Gave his name and information not to sell him a car as he also has Toyota Mcphillips was warned the day before that my dad has early stages dementia. Gave his name and information not to sell him a car as he also has no license. The sales staff started laughing as they thought it was funny. Not even 1hr later toyota sold dad a car. Went back the next morning to talk to Oscar the manager and he said my dad is fine and sold him car. ( cause he can diagnose a person with Dementia)They also offered to pick dad up and take him to the bank. (Wow thats service)Now we have to get his medical records to get out of purchase. This is not a place that has consumers best interest. More
