Poor customer service and communication Carter is a friendly salesperson, but displayed a lack of knowledge of the vehicle he was showing, including the trailer hitch, which he stated would Carter is a friendly salesperson, but displayed a lack of knowledge of the vehicle he was showing, including the trailer hitch, which he stated would only support a bike-hitch trailer. After purchase and having a third-party inspection, he was incorrect. After visually inspecting our vehicle on pick-up day there was damage above the front wheel, which was not present at initial viewing, and on the protective "stone-chip" film. Delays with fixing the vehicle, refusal to reapply the film as well as a refusal to replace or cost share the replacement of a badly worn spare tire did not help matters. Many issues followed and were not addressed by this salesperson. Dealership staff including reception were friendly. More
