If they didn't have the answer to a question readily available, they were quick to do the research and follow up with you. In addition to this, they were always available to answer all questions that arose regarding the vehicle, accessories, warranty and the purchasing process. (Even on their days off!) I really appreciated the "no pressure" environment that this dealership uses from on the sales floor right on up to drawing cards from the deck with the Sales Manager. This has been without a doubt the best new car buying experience that I have had. Ohhh... And they have good coffee! :) More
