Surprise Purchase Went to this dealership on a Sunday expecting it to be closed just to browse the lot. I was interested in the new 2018 Mazda CX-5. They were open this Went to this dealership on a Sunday expecting it to be closed just to browse the lot. I was interested in the new 2018 Mazda CX-5. They were open this Sunday and Salesman Chris P. came out and showed me the vehicle. The sticker price was actually better than I had expected. Chris was very knowledgeable about the product and asked if we had time for a test drive. We did, so he arranged that for us and the vehicle drove wonderfully and felt well put together. Chris took the time to show us all the new tech that comes with this vehicle and worked hard to get us a price and deal we could live with. We are really pleased with this SUV so far ( I know its early) and everyone we dealt with at this dealership has been excellent. From Brian (Sales Manager), George and Brenda (Financing) and especially Chris, all were terrific. Looking forward to many years of Mazda enjoyment! More
Great Car! I was looking for a good preowned car and liked the look of the Mazda brand. First time at this dealership. The staff were friendly and helpful. Met with Khan and explained what features I wanted. Got to drive two potential vehicles. Khan was easy to work with. No pressure to buy but one car stood out. Great car at a great price. Paperwork went smoothly and took possession few days later. Best ride home ever. More

I called back 2 hours later and spoke to someone in the service department, I think he was having a bad day, he made it very clear to me that I was an inconvenience. I felt belittled and told him to forget this telephone conversation ever happened. More

I'd prefer to give a negative star review Absolutely horrible experience! The dealers were extremely rude and condicending. I was walking in there ready to buy a Mazda and they actually told me to leave, they showed me no numbers and I didn't even get to take one for a test drive. I would not recommend going to this dealership, turned me off of Mazdas altogether. More
Just awful and frustrating This was by far the worst service I have ever received buying a car or any other item for that matter. The salespeople did not know their product not prices. The test drive was silent not a word said except for left here a right here. The price of the car increased over night by $1000 on a used car. Unless they found gold in it there is no reason this should happen. The talk sales manager and the owner would not explain why the price was more expensive they left it to the salesperson. I'll but my used car from a more reputable dealer next time. More

Considering this was my first vehicle purchase, I was hesitant and had many questions-- thanks to Aaron they were answered and I have my very own car! Everyone I dealt with at the dealership were very kind and understanding of my personal wants and needs. Will definitely be returning for my next car. Mazda is the way to go! More

Every single person I dealt with was competent, friendly and so very helpful, walking me through every step of the process. It's easy this day and age for businesses to preach that "they care" but these people are the real deal. I highly, highly recommend this place, not only for the best deals (and I did my research for months before purchasing, of all dealerships within a 60 km radius of my location) but also for the customer experience. More
