Excellent first purchase exp. and 10 years of Great service Prior to purchasing our brand new 2017 Forester XT i'd had my previous 2007 Impreza 2.5i and my 2015 WRX, both purchased elsewhere, serviced at Markha Prior to purchasing our brand new 2017 Forester XT i'd had my previous 2007 Impreza 2.5i and my 2015 WRX, both purchased elsewhere, serviced at Markham Subaru. My service experience with Markham Subaru has always been impeccable and i'd always felt confident that i'd be leaving my vehicle in great hands. As for purchasing, this was the first time I had purchased or inquired at Markham Subaru. My wife and I spent the week cross shopping vehicles in the small SUV segment and found that, on top of the Forester being the vehicle we enjoyed driving the most, we were also best served by the reps at Markham Subaru. Upon initial inquiry Faye Domingo was able to promptly provide us with a vehicle to test drive. Both my wife and I took turns at the wheel, while Faye explained various refreshes in the vehicle. When the time came to discuss vehicle selection and options, along with trade in values, all of our questions were patiently answered and all of our options were entertained. We were never pressured into purchasing and Faye even provided us with various monthly and biweekly payment options as comparables across a variety of vehicle trims, options and accessories. We left that day having compiled more than sufficient research . We returned a few days later having decided to purchase the 2017 Forester XT. Faye was able to accommodate us and luckily we were able to choose a vehicle in the colour and trim of our choice from a limited number of Foresters already in transit. Once we'd made our selection we were assisted by Jim Tam through the financing process. Jim took us through all of the Ts and Cs, nothing out of the ordinary, and he also took us through the various warranty options. Again we weren't pressured into purchasing any sort of extended warranty, or additional coverage but Jim patiently explained the various benefits of each. His knowledge was not only limited to financing but also extended to parenting when we inquired about babyseats and the durability of the vehicles upholestery. His insights into dad life were very much appreciated. The vehicle was scheduled to arrive within the following 30 days and throughout that duration any and all inquiries we had via email were always quickly fielded by either Faye or Jim, communication was always consistent. The day we picked the vehicle up Faye went through the paper work with us, and though it was getting late into the evening, she also patiently explained each of the vehicles tech, safety and entertainment features to us. Needless to say our overall experience from start to end was exceptional and we definitely could not recommend Markham Subaru more, you're really buying into a family or community. More

However, I had moved out of Markham since then but decided to work with them in purchasing my 2017 Subaru Crosstrek as they made it ridiculously simple. I had the pleasure of working with Gordon Jiang and his no pressure and informative attitude toward the entire process made purchasing through Markham Subaru a no brainer. The closest Subaru dealer to me is actually Willowdale Subaru but the salesman there kept talking about reducing the price from MSRP as opposed to working with me off of the invoice price and moving up from there. That's when I knew that it was worth the drive back up to Markham to get a fair price. Thanks Gordon! More

Classy and honest - truly care about you Wonderful and honest team here! We had a handful of problems with our car within 4 weeks of owning and decided we didn't want to keep it. We live in London so took the car there for warranty work - where they told us the car was fine. After problem #6 we brought it back to Markham. Their tech was honest with us and agreed that something was wrong with the car, after the other dealers had told us it was fine. The general manager - Carlo- went above and beyond to make the situation right again, in a way that was fair on both sides, and we ended up with a new car. So impressed with this dealership's honesty and class that we would be willing to make the 3hr drive from London again when we want to trade or buy another. It's not often you find a truly honest dealer that treats you like you aren't just a sales figure. This team is a gold star in my book! Highly recommend! More

Don't let them touch your car I had them change my oil. They overfilled it and 2 days later blew my engine without warning. 5,000$ bill and they won't take responsibility claiming I had them change my oil. My car is among the few they make without a supercharger or turbocharger and the engine only lasts 160,000kms. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. THEY ARE CROOKS More
