Worst experience with this dealership! I would not recommend working with them. Came in to buy a car and was told you can buy it, pay full msrp price no discount, no specials, which I agre I would not recommend working with them. Buy the car and leave it on my dealership floor until we get a car to replace it as we have no cars available and cant be a dealership with no cars. I was explaining we have a child and needed a vehicle at which point his anwer was, that is your personal life and your problem to deal with, someone else will buy it and leave it with us on the showroom floor til we get more. The conversation took more of a turn at which I felt incredible disrepected by the manager Carlo and as a consumer paying full msrp price, no discounts and just needing a vehicle. At that point I decided my only option was to look elsewhere and just caution buyers. More

My used Subaru came with a 10,000 km warranty. When I picked it up, the odometer said just over 63,000. The warranty should have lasted to 73,000. When the car failed at about 68,000, I discovered that picked it up, the odometer said just over 63,000. The warranty should have lasted to 73,000. When the car failed at about 68,000, I discovered that the warranty was worthless. The warranty document showed a mileage of 56,048. My guess is that this was the mileage on the car when it was traded-in to the dealership. My theory is that someone working there "borrowed" the vehicle off the lot. I'd have to say that 7,000 km is a big borrow. The other alternatives are careless work or outright fraud. While I bear some responsibility for failing to check that the documents matched the actual reading, I would warn about placing too much trust in their organization. More
