As a loyal Mazda customer, I’m very happy with the smooth trade-in experience I recently had at Mazda Markham, upgrading from a CX-5 to a 2026 CX-90 PHEV. The entire process was quick, seamless, and hassle-free—from the sales team to the finance department. A special thanks to Sajanathan for assisting me throughout the trade-in process and test drive. I never felt pressured while speaking with him. He explained everything clearly, listened to what we were looking for, and helped us make an informed decision. I’d also like to thank Sampoon, the Sales Manager, who was very welcoming and helped us choose the trim level that best suited our family’s needs. His advice made the decision much easier. Finally, a big thank you to Jeffrey, the Finance Manager, who assisted us with our financing application for the second time. He was friendly, cheerful, and took the time to explain the available coverage options and features in detail. We’re very happy with our new 2026 CX-90 PHEV, and both my wife and our kids love it.
