Awesome Experience! Went in looking to purchase my first vehicle and was lucky enough to run in to Rick. He was very accommodating, friendly, and wasn't too pushy. Nice car but experience not great The people we dealt with initially were great and helpful. Once the car was purchased though, things weren't as great. The vehicle we purchased had so The people we dealt with initially were great and helpful. Once the car was purchased though, things weren't as great. The vehicle we purchased had some rust around the tire rims. We were told that this would be cleaned up before pickup. When we picked up the vehicle, the guy who gave us the key was very unhelpful. I asked him about this and was told "that's just what the weather does" and there was nothing that could be done. Also, watch out for the few small fees that get added on at the end of the sales process. They aren't a lot but were not brought up at all until it was time for signatures. I think the worst part of this, is that I let the dealership know about my concerns and gave them a chance to answer me before I wrote a review like this and they did not even respond to me. Needless to say, they want the sale and then you are on your own. More

The staff was absolutely wonderful from walking in to the reception area to dealing with the sales, finance & administration department ~ they make yo The staff was absolutely wonderful from walking in to the reception area to dealing with the sales, finance & administration department ~ they make you feel comfortable just like family! I had never bought a vehicle on my own, but the staff made me feel very comfortable. Rick Knight and I had the opportunity to sit and chat for a few minutes and got to know each other personally and he is such a nice gentleman! Kim Culling in the finance department is so much fun and easy to talk to, she made the departing of the money part much more easier to handle & Cheryl Bauer was such a lovely woman we got to talk about our pets and how I better bring in my pet, Lincoln in for a visit for some treats! I have to say overall, I had the best experience anyone could have when purchasing a vehicle! Thank you More
