We were impressed with the look of Marks and how professional the place ran. We had Ryan Mercer as a salesman and had a wonderful experience. He didn't have to sell us on the car as we had already been looking, but got right to work on paperwork and dealt with our two kids (who were quite bored at this point). The were offered a freezie and toys while they waited! Ryan was very personable and said we could call anytime to ask anything. We also dealt with Jeff Botter and he answered all my emails up until the day I picked up my car quickly. I would recommend Marks. Ps. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and friendly! Very Impressed! I had been doing some car shopping for a couple of months prior to going to Mark Wilson's Better Used Cars. I came to notice this dealership because a I had been doing some car shopping for a couple of months prior to going to Mark Wilson's Better Used Cars. I came to notice this dealership because a coworker sent me a link for a Tuscon. We assumed there was a typo, as the pricing was so reasonable! Once on their very user friendly website, I started looking through the other 500+ vehicles they had available, and decided to make an appointment to do some test driving. I was immediately impressed with modern, clean, and professional look of the facility. While all of these first impressions play a part in the over all experience, the fact remains that people buy from people they like. That was the determining factor for me. Both Michael Fonseca, and Sarah Breese, did an excellent job consulting, and answering any questions that were asked(and there were a lot)! I felt very well taken care of, and confident in their product, and my decision to purchase. I have already recommended others in the market to go to Mark Wilson's! More

Rick and David were a pleasure to deal with. We visited the dealership because we were looking for a good used car and the dealership kept popping up in Auto Trader. They had the inventory we were looking for, in the shape we wanted, with the low kms we needed. Rick was great and really knew what he had on the lot. He worked with us to find cars we were interested in. The test drive was great. We had 4 cars picked out and each time we returned to the lot, the next car was ready to go. Very efficient. David Miller in Finance was also great to work with. No pressure and again very efficient in the process. The only part that could have been better was the negotiation of the final price. At one point we were back and forth over $100 and I felt that was very unnecessary. Overall though, I would definitely purchase a car from Rick Knight and Wilson's again. More

Great dealership, Great and Friendly People I called Mark Wilson's Better Used Cars one evening about a vehicle and talked to Ryan Mercer. He was very friendly and gave me good info about a truc I called Mark Wilson's Better Used Cars one evening about a vehicle and talked to Ryan Mercer. He was very friendly and gave me good info about a truck that i was interested in, so we made an appointment for the next morning and we met, chatted about the truck and we found out we both had motorcycles chatted briefly, and got the truck went for a test drive. I decided that it wasn't for me so i also had in mind the Chevy Equinox much different auto but both good. So he showed me what there had i picked the AWD (all wheel drive) Equinox soon as i saw it i loved it. Ryan was of great help very good and friendly salesperson the kind that makes you think that when it's time to trade up or just get another i will very likely call Ryan at Mark Wilson's Better Used Cars. Shari Goldsworthy was very honest and informative about my financing! Thanks very much Ryan and Shari you and the wonderful staff at Mark Wilson's Better Used Cars made my experience wonderful! More
