Our experience purchasing a vehicle was that this dealership is very professional in their dealings with customers. It took several days for us to arrange to go see the vehicle we were interested in, dealership is very professional in their dealings with customers. It took several days for us to arrange to go see the vehicle we were interested in, so they put a hold on it for us so it would not be sold before we had a chance to check it out. We found the vehicle we were looking for, for a reasonable price but I would not say a great price. It was delivered to us very clean. The only thing we discovered after delivery, that the transmission fluid level was very low, but their service department with very good in working with us to get this resolved quickly and satisfactory. We would definitely consider using Mark Wilson's again if we need another new-to-us vehicle More

We were impressed with the lightning-fast response we received regarding financing and had an excellent discussion with the salesperson who contacted us-Rod Sider. Although we were not immediately ready to purchase a vehicle at the time, we kept Mark Wilson's at the top of our list. After much research regarding our choice of vehicle and after an uncomfortable experience with a local dealer, we made an appointment with Rod Sider. Both my wife and I were impressed with the family-type of environment we experienced at this dealership and felt very comfortable during our vehicle selection process. Throughout our initial visit to Mark Wilson's, we were surprised at how "low-pressure" both the sales and other staff were. At this point I would like to state that account life experience, a used car dealership was the last place I would consider purchasing a vehicle. I assumed-wrongly-that a visit to Mark Wilson's business office would confirm my suspicions...Nothing could be further from the truth. I have lived in Guelph my entire life so I know how long Mark Wilson's has been in business. That alone tells me that they are reputable. Only this last time I felt like I should have gotten more for my trade-in but still not disappointed, since I am aware that they need to make money too. I was watching the vehicle I wanted for about a month before I finally e-mailed about the vehicle. When I entered an e-mail, Rod Sider responded and I was on my way to the best experience I have ever ha before I finally e-mailed about the vehicle. As a female buyer I have had my share of patronizing sales people; it was very refreshing to not have this experience at Mark Wilson's. Every staff person that I dealt with without exception was very committed to ensuring that I had a good experience and was satisfied with their service. I had done a tremendous amount of research and had been searching for an awd vehicle for 6 mos. Within that time there were numerous experiences at dealerships where the customer service was non existent. I had almost given up on my car search. I was close to deciding to keep my existing vehicle though it wasn't quite meeting my needs. Mark Wilson's was my last shot and I am very glad I made the 2 hour trip from out of town to deal with a dealership that knows how to treat its customers. The experience from beginning to end was essentially stressless and there were no high pressure tactics or hidden agendas. Got a very low ball offer for my trade-in. Ended up selling it private for 3 1/2 times the amount that I was offered. I ended up seeing at least 4 or 5 different people each time I went in the last per selling it private for 3 1/2 times the amount that I was offered.
