My expereience this time with Mark Wilsons in guelph was a very good experience. Salesman was very friendly and so was Dave Gardiner. He was especially helpful in getting financing for our car. Only disappointment was Dave was aware we were coming in wed mornign to pick up our new vehicle and it was not ready when we got there. Drive 40 mins from kitchener. We hung around for an hour and 1/2 until the vechile was licenced and outside washed. Inside was not cleaned but we have a free appt for detailing in the spring. More

Service was great, Dave had my requested car out and ready for me to test drive when I arrived, when I returned he had another one out and ready(as my wife liked that colour better). But we settled on the first one. Very little time spent standing and waiting around. Stella in the finance department was very professional, and explained everything thoroughly, there was no pressure to purchase any options or add on's. And the great thing was the team had my car ready ahead of scheduled time. I would definitely visit this dealer for our next car. More
