I knew this would not be the case for me as I had to replace my beloved Toyota Avalon which was once owned by an uncle I loved dearly. It was also an awesome car. Sadly, the car wasn't even from this millennium so it was time. I likened this to putting the best dog you ever had down on the way to picking up a new puppy. Ron was absolutely fantastic. He was so patient and helped me pick a vehicle I absolutely LOVE. Not only did he help me with the vehicle he also arranged for me to get winter tires at the same time which is not easy task this time of year. My husband will probably be replacing his car in about a year, We have no idea what he will get but, we know where and who we will be buying it from. Thank you Ron. Mellissa was absolutely amazing and helped us tremendously with both the financing and our warranty, When we picked up our new Santa Fe we found out the key fobs didn't work and when I tried to have them programmed discovered they didn't match the vehicle. Not to worry though as the dealership took care of the cost of new fobs. Thanks so much Joe. Even the dealership I got the fobs from was completely impressed and confirmed that this kind of customer service is a rare thing. While it is great when everything goes well it is how a business handles these kinds of xxxx-ups that is a true measure of how good it is. This is one GREAT dealership and I cannot recommend it enough. More

Repeat customer I'll start off by saying that I previously purchased through Wilson's many years ago and had a good experience then so felt comfortable returning for I'll start off by saying that I previously purchased through Wilson's many years ago and had a good experience then so felt comfortable returning for another purchase. On this occasion I dealt with Marko on the sales end and was surprised with his knowledge of not only each make I questioned about but also each model. Marko did an excellent job of evaluating my needs/wants and in turn offered up options that would suit. Never did I get the feel that the sale was for him, but rather felt that I was genuinely being looked after and that's a comforting feeling. For the financing end I dealt with Stephanie, who admittedly new to the position but you wouldn't know it by her knowledge of lenders, lending rates, dealer warranties etc etc. Stephanie was straight forward with which value packages would work best for me and never pressured me to upgrade packages. She also worked very hard to ensure deliver of the vehicle in the time restriction that I posed on them. Overall it was a great team effort by the Wilson's team and I won't hesitate to use them again on my next purchase. More

Our Thoughts We purchased a used car at Wilson's in May. We were quite pleased with the service and Rod the rep who worked with us. However we waited over two months for an English version of the manual (because the car was from Quebec and the manual was completely in French) and finally on requiring found it was discontinued from Hyundai. Rod has sent us the site online of the English manual but of course we cannot take the ipad out to the car nor are we going to run off 500 pages. Unfortunate but nobody's fault. Our other concern is that we received only one key with the car. We normally receive two, one for myself and one for my husband. Other than that we are enjoying the Santa Fe. More
