Finally! As a female I find every time I have to bring my van in for a repair or even an oil change I am constantly being upsold! What a pleasure it was to bring my van in the day after I called for an appointment for warranty work and to walk out without someone trying to make a sale off me. The service people were friendly, helpful and efficient and I walked out without having to take out my wallet. Finally, a place I can go and not feel like I', being taken advantage of. I bought my last two vans from here and I drove my previous one for 10 years and put 327,000 KMs on it with minimal repairs. I strongly recommend this dealership and their service department. If I lived closer I would get all my service work done there. More

The approval process was done fast at the advertised rate. Once we got to the lot we looked a few vehicles and Sunny got us into two of them for test drives with no pressure at all. We took all the time we needed to make a decision between our top two choices and settled on the Journey. We then spoke with Deneen in the business office for our paperwork. I can say she was truly amazing to work with! Everything in order so there was no extra time wasted in there. Upon arrival, I signed the last of the paper work and was in and out in about 20 minutes in the new SUV. Thanks so much Sunny and Deneen...we'll definitely be back!! And looking forward to seeing the new location!! It will be amazing! More
