But I was so lucky my salesman Rod Sider was a very easygoing , cooperative, patient and caring man. Thank you so much for answering all of my questions honestly, and making that process not as painful as it otherwise could have been. I'm happy with the car I purchased, and I'm not freaking out about the purchase price. That's a pretty ideal situation when it comes to buying a used car, and it's all thanks to you. For sure , I highly recommend you to all my friends and relatives, looking to buy a new cars in the future and I'll be sending them to Wilson Auto Sales, and telling them to ask for Rod. I tried other dealerships too but ultimately found what I wanted at Wilson's. I only issues arouse at pickup. The employee who finished the paperwork with me couldn't answer a single question I asked but at least asked others for the help I needed. I had an extra feature added last minute to my car which took time but I also know that they had forgotten to put on my winter tires and that also took time. And finally, there was one question I asked that took the 3 hours I waited for my car, to answer. The final sales team member that I worked with was awesome, he knew the answers or could look at the car and give me the answers to all my questions. I left feeling wonderful about my purchase despite some of the bumps. I just wish that that first point of contact on pickup day learned to follow through and give updates on her actions rather than let me sit there without giving me a single update. And the wait was much longer than I anticipated, difficult with a service dog who really needed a play, dinner and some time to herself. Overall though, the dealer was very good and I would recommend it to others. I would just remind them to keep asking their questions until they receive their answers or they may walk away without what they paid for. More

Thank you Miguel for so much patient for customers like us who actually didn't have any idea what they want. You clear our previous thoughts and ideas and leed us to perfect match. A very comfortable and positive experiance! I came in on a Sunday and Meet with Moose Omar. This was the first time I was buying my own car (in the past I just get my dad's used car). He was great and very informative, I got there at 10am and didn't leave until 2;15pm. He took the time to help me what car would suit me best by test driving, showing me options and answering my questions. I finally decided on the Ford Edge, and had my parents come down the next day to see it. Unfortunately Moose was not in on the Monday, but Miguel Juan took care of myself and parents and did a great job answering all of their questions and concerns. After that we then met with Stephanie and she was a great help with the payment as well we went with the 4 year warranty. Thank you to everyone my experience with Mark Wilson was exceptional. They make promises to make repairs then do not do them Would avoid this place. I was straight out lied to. After paperwork signed they will not do what was promised. You need to have photos of vehicle and do full inspection before and after service. They are not willing to accept any fault for selling you a defective vehicle. Buyer beware. Just walk away. Plus the fact $398 financing fee no negotiating on price. If you absolutely need to buy from them have a mechanic check vehicle before you sign anything. And mystery dents and scratches appear everytime they have for repair so take photos as they will blame on you. I had vehicle in shop 2 weeks to repair all dents and scratches when I picked up there were 6 areas not polished and new dent in rear bumper. Of course I was told it must have been there before but the argument continues as to why wasn't it fixed then? They charge you full price for a vehicle as if it was in tip top condition. Then argue any repairs even after it was agreed upon. Just walk away. Too many issues to list More
Act of negligence and Over using Legal Capacity It was the second time I bought a car from Willson.I signed the finance mortgage for 5.2%. But I told the lady who works in financing department (sher It was the second time I bought a car from Willson.I signed the finance mortgage for 5.2%. But I told the lady who works in financing department (sherry ) that I can repay it in shorter term. Later that evening she called me and she said she find me a better deal and it's a shorter loan with lower interests. I accepted the offer and she said I can come and sign the papers tomorrow. I trusted her and and signed the papers but after that i found out that the interest rate is higher than my previous one . I contacted her to correct this issue but she said it's not her fault and she reacted very rudely and she is not recalling our previous talks and it's a done deal. I'm very dissapointed because I like this dealership , all other employees are very honest and friendly and I had a great experience with my previous cars. now im thinking about finding a new dealership . It's very disappointing to waste all these hard work due to one employee misinformation and rudeness. More

Amazing service what more can I say! I've had my 2012 Acadia for just over a week and I love it more and more each day! Never thought I'd go to an suv as I've akways driven a truck! We dealt with Mike from sales whom by the way is great! I was Leary when first looking at the Acadia and told Mike I needed to Really think it over. He totally understood. I came back a couples hours later and made a deal! We then met with Kim from the finace department and got underway with paper. A Very smooth transaction on her behalf and VERY THANKFUL for all her help. Best part about this whole experience was the people who work in this wonderful environment. I need to send a HUGE Shout Out to the ladies at the front desk you welcomed me and my family each and every time We entered with a HUGE smile on your faces and a warm hello! my daughter also enjoyed the visit with you, and I thank you on the wonderful complements on how well behaved she was!!!
