The car had a small problem after we took it home, but they gladly fixed it without asking any questions. It has since worked great. I was told they can not finance or sell me a car without GAP insurance ($999). Which is not correct, it even says so on certificate of insurance they want you to sign when you buy it. "Acceptance of this GAP certificate of insurance i voluntary and is not required in order for you to obtain credit, does not impact your ability to obtain any particular or more favorable credit terms and has no effect on the terms of the related sale of this vehicle" Buyer beware of their tactics... you can always buy their insurance and cancel it within 30 days with a full refund. Depending on insurance 75$ cancellation fee might be applicable. More

Would definitely recommend I bought my first car with Wilson's and they made the experience enjoyable. I had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted and Sunny helped narrow it down I bought my first car with Wilson's and they made the experience enjoyable. My initial contact was with Alexa and she was fantastic! Helped me with all of my questions and was very quick with responses. She also didn't seem bothered by my many first time car buying questions! Liz was definitely a business woman and I can respect that. Very to the point. She helped a lot in securing financing and offered some helpful tips. I will say I felt as though I was more of a bother to her than anything. Still a great experience and I have already recommended Wilson's to friends and family. More

Exceptional Service! We visited many used dealerships and searched for a vehicle for several months with no luck and felt sceptical about the price and the sales pitch. We We visited many used dealerships and searched for a vehicle for several months with no luck and felt sceptical about the price and the sales pitch. We visited Mark Wilson's expecting the same kind of service but to our surprise, we received exceptional service. We saw a vehicle we liked on-line and made an appointment and to get more information. Right from the beginning we noticed how polite and helpful everyone was. Doug was amazing in his approach; he was professional, straight forward and made us feel relaxed. He was patient and took as much time as we needed to find the right car. We shared what kind of vehicle we were looking for and price range and he found it. While we waited for the SUV to come in, he was available to us for questions and provided updates and was never pushy. The fact that he was not pushy gained our trust. He spoke highly of Mark Wilson and the business and shared from the beginning that the business wanted the customer to be happy. Not only were we happy with the service and our new vehicle, we are delighted. Kim was helpful with completing paperwork and again not pushy with purchasing additional service. The SUV had a few scratches and a small dent which Doug said would be taken care of when we picked it up and it was, except we found another dent and scratches when leaving the lot and Doug made an appointment for us with service for the following week. I took it in and was introduced to Pierce in Auto Service. Pierce was attentive and told me it would be taken care of. I was told the job would take longer than expected and provided with a loaner. I felt like they both really took care of me and the car. When I arrived the next day, the SUV looked brand new, it was was washed and shiny. Our experience was made pleasant by everyone; the receptionist, Kim, Heather and Pierce in service and especially Doug. We will now bring our vehicles to Mark Wilson's for service and will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Doug for making the experience a positive one. More
