After going to other dealerships, Brent was by far the best salesperson we talked with.On to Shari in financing, again a warm and caring person, she explained and helped us with quite a few options.We left feeling really good about everything that happened that morning, especially about the car we just acquired. I Went back on Wednesday to pick my car up and thats when things went a little sour. I do not want to get into a lot of details, but the lady i dealt with made me feel like she was doing me a big favour! Thanks to Neal for putting everything right again! Then Shari saw me and took care of all the other things that went wrong.My wife and i went back up on Thursday to take care of the rest of the paperwork with Shari who was very apologetic what had happened the day before.
