Best Experience buying my first Car I just bought my first Car, a Ford Escape at Wilson's and picked it up yesterday! It was ready a day early than planned which was awesome because I go I just bought my first Car, a Ford Escape at Wilson's and picked it up yesterday! It was ready a day early than planned which was awesome because I got to see the best sales woman again, Lisa!! Lisa was so very helpful and we had lots of laughs which made me comfortable!! Lisa never pressured me to buy a car, she let me test drive the vehicles I wanted, even though I only booked a test drive with aa certain one. Lisa amazed me throughout my whole experience! The tonneau cover was missing from the vehicle that I was buying and I was a bit bummed because otherwise the vehicle was perfect. What does Lisa do? Finds me a tonneau cover!!! I was literally so ecstatic when I picked up my vehicle and saw it in there. She went the extra mile to make me happy when she did not have too! The car was cleaned inside and out for me on pick up day and it went very soon. I signed a couple papers and the lady took me into the service centre and showed me where I would get the next 3 oil changes on them just for buying there! That is an incredible deal that I was not expecting! They also fill all their tires with Nitrogen and well, the nitrogen is FREE too. Anytime I want to go fill up my tire there, it doesn't cost me a thing. Jeff helped me in the finance department and he was awesome as well! It was really nice because I got to see everyone that helped me obtain the car on the day that I got to pick it up! It made me feel really special. The team at Wilson's is amazing! It was so smooth buying my own car for the first time and I will never buy from any where else again! Thank you so much Lisa for being awesome!!
