Negative Experience Salesman was excellent but went down hill from there. The Finance Manager told me that there was no factory warranty remaining on the vehicle and trie Salesman was excellent but went down hill from there. The Finance Manager told me that there was no factory warranty remaining on the vehicle and tried to sell me an extended warranty when, in fact, there was a factory warranty. The Finance Manager also tried to charge me an admin and security fee above the negotiated purchase price. The internet ad clearly indicated that there was no admin fee and it is illegal in Ontario to charge hidden fees. I will be following up with the owner, Mark Wilson, to discuss. Also, when I came to pick the vehicle up at the agreed upon date and time, the car was not ready and the delivery manager was not aware that I was picking up the car. I had to wait until the Finance Manager (he never did introduce himself to me) arrived at work so the process could be completed. The dealership also tried to charge me an additional $10 licencing fee which I refused to pay. It should be noted that the receptionist was very polite and professional and kept apologizing for the delay. The delivery manager also tried to expediate the process and apologized for not having the car ready. I expected more from the dealership. More

Generally very good This was an interesting experience since we've not been involved before with a company like this. The sales people were knowledgeable and did not hes This was an interesting experience since we've not been involved before with a company like this. The sales people were knowledgeable and did not hesitate to refer to another person if they couldn't answer a specific question. We ended buying two vehicles instead of just one, as that was our need at the time do to some unforeseen family circumstances. Post sale accommodation was terrific, and questions were answered honestly and respectfully. Extra points for post-sale service items and fixing little things that we found after the sale was completed and we had driven the car home. Only downside was that we met many many staff and we were not clear who to talk to about follow-up questions. More

Car is great, service not so great. My issues are customer service related. 1) sent pic of my insurance to Liz, not sure why as no one contacted my insurance co. I had to scramble at My issues are customer service related. 1) sent pic of my insurance to Liz, not sure why as no one contacted my insurance co. I had to scramble at the last minute to get insurance to pick up the car. If I as to contact them, no one told me. Why did she want proof of insurance of my written off (old) car? 2) when picking up car, no licence plates added and stood out in cold while they screwed them on. 3) received card for VIP 10% off parts and service, no tires. Didn't want to give me the 10% discount on the tinting but relented after I complained. The card does not specify that it does not apply to accessories. 4) dropped car off for snow tires and tinting and was told by salesperson that it would take one or two days. No one called to tell me my car was ready and I left it there for another day while I arranged rides to and from work. Why didn't anyone call to say my car was ready? 5) picked up car and tire pressure gauge on dashboard was flashing. No one explained why until I asked. The guy who drove my car to the front for me didn't know why it was flashing and had to go ask for me. I didn't feel valued as a customer once the sale was finalized. I probably wouldn't buy here again but time will tell. I bought an extended warranty so I'm sure I'll be back to use it. I may change my mind and purchase here again if I get good service from her on out. More
