Relaxed atmosphere, no qualms about me choosing several different types and models to drive. Alexa! What a fun person to talk to about money. Not my favourite subject, but she didn't just make it bearable, she was fantastic!!! I asked far too many "stupid" questions and she always responded promptly and allowed "maybe even enjoyed" my humour I attempted to make. Miguel! I applaud you and your patience. I am most difficult when choosing what "I want" and he didn't even bat an eye. Patience from beginning to end. Honest, thoughtful and completely listened to my every whim about what the "minimum requirements" I demanded in a vehicle. And patiently searched with me for the right one!! Sarah! What a smile! Great place to purchase a vehicle I went to Mark Wilson's after seeing a vehicle on their website. I had sent a request to book a test drive and within a few hours I got a response fro I went to Mark Wilson's after seeing a vehicle on their website. I had sent a request to book a test drive and within a few hours I got a response from Rod. They had the vehicle ready as soon as I got there and were very helpful with any questions I had. They are not pushy at all and it genuelly feels like they just want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. They make it about the customer, not just the sale. Its also nice that they have a 5 day exchange program to give you that extra peace of mind. I would reccomend checking these guys out if you are considering purchasing a used car. More

I was looking for a specific car with specific options and I was presented with several options to choose from so I had no problem finding the perfect one. The salesperson Michael was professional in every way and there was no pressure while I took a few days and test drove several cars. Shari was awesome with setting up the financing for me and making sure all my needs were met. Everyone I met and dealt with were professional all the way from reception to the Technicians and even the great guys in the parts department.
