Change of ownership I recently went to March Ford for a seasonal tire change. At the front desk all of the familiar friendly people had gone, to be replaced by people who I recently went to March Ford for a seasonal tire change. At the front desk all of the familiar friendly people had gone, to be replaced by people who did not know me at all. My appointment was for 11.30am, I didn't get out of there till 12.50pm. Much too long a wait. No coffee in the waiting room! When I went to pick up my car, the receptionist didn't know anything about my maintenance package and I had to query the price twice, being charged as I was for the tire change which was covered by my maintenance plan. When I made the appointment, I asked about having a routine oil change and was told I didn't need one. When I mentioned it again when I came in for a tire change, I was told I needed an oil change and had to make another appointment which will be wasting more of my time. The cost of storing the tires has almost doubled. I will not have them stored any more. Some of the salespeople came into the waiting room and with the exception of the young woman (Tammy? I think) who sold me my car not one person said hello or stopped to ask how I was, talk about the weather etc...previous staff were always friendly. Not impressed...would not return if I didn't have this maintenance package. More

He was helpful. However, he did not know his product. When I asked question regarding a certain feature of the Escape most of the time he could not give an answer. March Ford seem to play games and giving you the run around. First they were not upfront about the amount they were giving me for my trade in. When I ask the Business Manager Husni Haifa he would not tell me where the Ford special pricing was indicated on the offer or what was the car total price, he was more interested in showing me monthly payments. When I buy a car I want to see what the bottom line is, I don’t care about how much a month its going to cost. It turned out that they include Ford discount in the price they give me for my trade in. After resolving this issue I bought the car. A week after I was looking at my bill of sale and notice that they indicate that my trade in odometer was set at 112 236 Km while I told them and showed them that I had 130 100Km on the car. I don't know, I have a bad feeling and I will certainly no go back to March Ford for service More
