friendly and professional service Lisa helped make what could of been a painful experience into more of a non event. Although the car remained in the service department for some time I was kept informed on almost a daily basis and was given a courtesy car during the entire situation. disappointed that the vehicle had this issue but the service recovery was certainly at the level you would expect.
