Brakes need replacement back (immediately) and front likely within the month. Elected to do both at the same time. Work was done quickly and my car was ready at the appointed time. This dealer's service team gets an easy 5/5 from me. The next day, they ran a full update, giving me a loaner while I went to work, and having the car ready to go by afternoon, problem resolved. This is in contrast to my "home" dealer, whom I have dealt with 5 years, who responded to an emergency before a long weekend with an appointment the following WEEK. More
