If you considering that BMW should be a prestige brand, the service is not at all. Didn't feel like someone is even feeling interested if we will buy or not. Poor customer service. So many people in the service sitting there at the desks and probably only one just asked if we need help. Its not only for this particular center but we visit other BMW centres and all of them should be better standards than that. Compare to others for example Mercedes or Audi .. this one was the worst experience ever. Even small dealerships trying to sell and offer better service than that. More
