From tires to interior functionality. He introduced me to the Manager, Stefano who offered more than I expected in terms of extra financial options and making sure my experience was second to none. And it was! Rosemary is the Finance manager and worked very hard to get me the best financial package I was comfortable with. Bravo to the staff at Maranello BMW. They even made me an espresso!! Wow. Please visit them anytime. You will love it! More

They over charged me by putting extra parts that they did not install and I have a feeling my last visit has similar issue but I lost the receipt. Made an appointment two weeks in advance. 45 minutes after my arrival, Anna from Service advised that the part is out of stock and will arrive the next day so we had to reschedule. Anna offers a car wash for the trouble (I guess) and I accept. Almost an 1hr later and I go looking for Anna because I need to go. At this time I have waited in total close to 2hrs. After speaking to Anna, a few mins later and I get my car and to my surprise NOT washed. I go back to Anna's desk and she is not there ...actually rarely at her desk. So I called and left a voice mail and still no callback (4 days and counting). This was the most frustrating, irritating service ever. So unprofessional disorganized and a complete waste of my time. No value for its customers. More
