I visited the dealership where I was properly taken in and my car was assessed well. I did not have to wait too long to get checked in which I appreciated. Tried up selling services that were not required - then noted on the invoice client declined. 38,000 KMS, suv runs smoothly. Now this comment will be part of my servicing history. Management said the recom noted on the invoice client declined. 38,000 KMS, suv runs smoothly. Now this comment will be part of my servicing history. Management said the recommended work is not mandatory they do this for liability reasons and note the file. I went there for scheduled servicing and a sunroof recall - they said I needed a fluid injection cleaning and a wheel alignment- again 38,000 kms with no issues. That would be an additional 500 plus txs for them outside of the warranty work. Not impressed. More
