Without putting any pressure on us, and genuinely trying to find something for our requirements, Paul was a pleasure to deal with, and made the sometimes-stressful process of buying a car, a joy. He helped us find what we needed, and with the help of Zac in finance, (who was also very warm and helpful) promptly had us driving our lovely tuck home that day. He was very simple in his approach, and made us feel comfortable right away. As we wandered around the lot, he provided so much information about the trucks we were looking at, and knew every aspect of the vehicles. He helped us narrow down our wants and needs and we found the perfect truck for us. Overall the dealership was great...it was quite busy and we had a lengthy wait for the business manager and then insurance, but we were made to feel comfortable, and Joe moved the process along wherever he could. More

My intention in trading my car in was to try to get a lower interest rate on a similar type vehicle.... the staff I worked with had much bigger plans for me! Not only did they work their magic and haggled my interest rate down by a whopping 10%, I went home with a brand spankin' new 2015 Dodge Journey with ALL the bells & whistles I never thought I'd have in my vehicle! They made sure the money I was spending was going towards more car, less interest, and that I'd have a car with value for the future. Thanks to everyone who was part of my purchase! Not impressed ,again. I did a factory order on a Jeep Cherokee in 2000,They ordered the wrong vehicle. I had some noise problems with the vehicle and had to take it back 5 I did a factory order on a Jeep Cherokee in 2000,They ordered the wrong vehicle. I had some noise problems with the vehicle and had to take it back 5 times and still it wasn't fixed.There response to me was to offer me a cheapgiveaway knife. I haven't been back in 15 years.Now I have a Imoblizer Fob problem and they did a search to look at my vechile."Oh ya come on in we have fobs for $90:00 and a $60:00 programing fee" So ok I get an appointment to come on in,after standing in wait for 30 mins they finally take my Jeep n and spend the next 60 mins waiting for word.Seems that its now a aftermarket Imoblizer and they don't have a Fob.I am then shuffled off to some other company "Diamond sound" so they can fix it.Well to make a long story short I cant get a Fob ,but for $350:00 I can get another imoblizer installed. Thank you MRC you made me waste 2 hours of my time yet again.I wont be going back to MRC EVER, and I don't recommend it to any one else.I still have all the Paper work from their past mistakes .Want to see it?
