Excellent experience purchasing our new vehicle! Andrew has been the most solicitous that I have dealt with in the way of keeping me up-to-date when desired vehicles come in (it took awhile to find what I required), answering emails in a timely manner, coming in on his day off to meet with me at my convenience; and just overall has a handwork ethic which is rare. Clueless at Chrysler We arrived at the dealership the other day to look at purchasing a Jeep Summit. From the get go, the first salesman we met had absolutely no clue abou We arrived at the dealership the other day to look at purchasing a Jeep Summit. From the get go, the first salesman we met had absolutely no clue about this type of vehicle. We spent most of our time educating him on trim packages, and vehicle details. We were given the usual 'tricks' "never see used vehicles of this type, this is the only one available, blah blah blah" We were happy to point out that several other dealerships in the lower mainland also had this vehicle, much to the salesman's surprise. He later introduced us to a 'manager' who miraculously showed us another vehicle on the lot that was available in the model and trim package we were looking for. He then said he would call us that evening with prices. 4 days later, I receive a phone call and a begging apology to forgive him. He just "couldn't talk to the big bosses about prices" and he "needed more time". I'm thinking......when it comes to parting with around 60k, I AM THE BIG BOSS HERE. So......terrible terrible terrible. We have bought high end vehicles from this place before.......but never again. More

The two people we dealt with aren't even listed. Sales associate was 'mans' and manager was 'mansoor' Good Gawd they were terrible. Embarrassingly so.

Had a few little bumps along the way with the logistics of arranging the financing and insurance, but Bob got us a really great deal and Kim was really awesome about making sure everything happened the way it was supposed to in the end. I will for sure keep my Jeep maintained here and will happily refer anyone buying a vehicle to these guys! More
